This page describes the information Procwire collects when you use this store, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you check out, Whop collects the email and payment details needed to complete the purchase and send your download. If you email us, we keep the message and the address you used so we can reply.
This site also records page views so we can see which tools people look at. We do not sell that information.
How we use it
We use checkout details to deliver files, send receipts, and answer support questions. We may use your email to reply about an order you placed. We do not use it to send unrelated marketing unless you ask for that.
Who else sees it
Payments run on Whop. Whop and its payment providers process card and wallet details. We do not store full card numbers on this site.
How long we keep it
Order records stay as long as we need them for receipts, refunds, and legal requirements. Support email is kept while the thread is useful, then deleted or archived.
Your choices
Email contact@procwire.com to ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete a support thread. We cannot erase a completed payment record that the law requires us to keep.
